1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 jar (12 oz) fresh salsa
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 1/4 cups of water
(and I'm a simple cooker so that is where I usually end, but the recipe goes on if you want...)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fresh or canned corn kernels
minced fresh cilantro
Its super easy and goes great with tacos, burritos, anything Mexican!
