Salad:
½ head of cabbage (green and purple if possible) chopped
2 cups boiled chicken, cubed
1 package raw Ramen Noodles broken up
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup slivered almonds (optional)
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Dressing:
1 package Ramen seasoning, preferably chicken
1 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup olive oil
2 ½ tsp vinegar (rice or white wine)
Combine salad mixture in large bowl. Mix dressing in separate bowl then pour dressing mixture over salad and mix well. Chill in refrigerator until cold and enjoy!
